Feteasca Neagra 80% Rara Neagra 20%

A wine with a temper, that combines the tenderness of Feteasca Neagra and the nobility of Rara Neagra, two indigenous Moldovan grape varieties. Full body with tannins.
Red fruits and berries are well pronounced in aroma, completed by a fruity and round taste with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing:  Beef or lamb steak or wild boar goulash with baked pepper and polenta, oven-roasted duck with a glaze of green spices, baked apples, and a reduction of balsamic vinegar with potato puree. 

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrel.

Recommended serving temperature +18…+20 C.
